Children Educational Scholarship Documents
Documents to be uploaded for Children Educational Scholarship
1. Scholarship Claim Form issued from the ALC Office.
2. Sign and seal of the School/Institution in the Scholarship Form.
3. Birth Certificate of the Child.
4. Aadhar Card of the Child. (Front & Back)
5. All the School documents should be attested by the School Authority.
6. Cumulative Record Particulars of the Child studying between Class 1 to Class 10.
7. Recommendation letter/ To whom it may concern from the School/Institution for Children studying in Primary Section. Name & Class of the Child should be mentioned.
8. Pass Result of the Previous Academic Year. Result should indicate the Name of the Student, Class and Year.

Claims will be REJECTED for the following reasons
1. Overwriting /Tampering in the Documents submitted.
2. Unclear documents upload.
3. Affidavit/Claims from legal guardians.
